ST. LOUIS (Ticker) -- Wayne Gretzky is ending his first campaign as coach of the Phoenix Coyotes with a losing record.

The "Great One" will be behind the bench for the last time this season Sunday when the Coyotes play their finale against the lowly St. Louis Blues.

Phoenix has dropped six of its last seven games, including Saturday's 5-1 defeat to the Nashville Predators. Defenseman Dennis Seidenberg scored his third goal of the season.

The campaign can't end soon enough for St. Louis, which has dropped 16 of its last 17 contests and is tied with Pittsburgh for the league's worst record with two games remaining.

Lee Stempniak scored his 14th goal and Jamal Mayers added his 15th for the Blues in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Detroit Red Wings.

The Coyotes have won two of the first three meetings against the Blues this season, including a 5-3 triumph on January 26.
