CALGARY, Alberta (Ticker) -- The lowly Los Angeles Kings have gotten off to a good start on their three-game road trip.

The Kings look to open their road trip with a second straight win Friday when they tangle with the Calgary Flames.

Alexander Frolov led the Kings with a goal and two assists while Lubomir Visnovsky and Dustin Brown each had a goal and an assist in a wild 7-4 win over the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday.

The Flames have been languishing in losing three straight, including back-to-back losses to division rival Vancouver. Calgary lost a wild 6-5 overtime game to the Canucks on Wednesday.

Calgary had a 5-4 lead late in the third period, but Ryan Kesler scored with 3:40 left force overtime before defenseman Sami Salo won it for Vancouver in the extra session.
