"We worked extremely hard against St. Louis and came back,"
Vigneault said. "We worked extremely hard against Nashville from
the opening buzzer even though we playing back-to-back games. We
thought we could tie the game, and we did. Then we found a way to
win in overtime."
Erat capitalized on a 2-on-1 break to put the Predators ahead
3-2 at the 6:40 mark of the second period.

shots, Trotz was slow to criticize his team's efforts on defense.
"The young guys are going to develop," he Trotz. "You have to
go through the first quarter of the season and let them develop a
little bit each game. We just need a lot more consistency on the

alternating between lines and getting his first penalty at 11:06 of
