TORONTO -- Toronto goalie Jonas Gustavsson was helped off the ice before the Maple Leafs' game against the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday night after being hit by a shot in the left knee during warmups.
Gustavsson was injured on a shot from Clarke MacArthur.
Jussi Rynnas, on emergency recall from the American Hockey League because of an upper-body injury to James Reimer, started in place of Gustavsson. Gustavsson was the backup.
