ARLINGTON, Va. -- Right wing Joey Crabb has signed a one-year, $950,000 contact with the Washington Capitals.
The team announced the deal with the unrestricted free agent Monday, making it the Capitals' first move of this year's free agency period.
The 29-year-old Crabb has spent the last two seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs. He had 11 goals and 15 assists in 67 games in 2011-12, his first full season in the NHL.
