Forecast: MacKinnon to win Calder
What were you doing at 18 years old?
The Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon led all rookies with 63 points and helped his team steal the Central Division title in his first NHL season. MacKinnon outshined an impressive rookie class and appears to be getting rewarded for it.
MacKinnon won't be the only Calder winner on the Avs' roster; Gabriel Landeskog won the award in 2012.
