Pens' Jokinen could be called upon

The Pittsburgh Penguins may opt to re-insert Jussi Jokinen in the lineup for Game 4 against the Ottawa Senators -- if the veteran faceoff specialist is healthy enough. Josh Yohe of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review suggests Jokinen could be a big help in the faceoff circle, where the Penguins have struggled against the Senators.

How will Pens respond to stunning loss?
OTTAWA, Ontario -- In theory, these are the moments when experience counts, when the combined years of ups and downs and playoff battles won and lost help forge a protective covering that allows misfortune to fall, well, like water off a duck’s back.

Sens set the record for last-minute work
In the first double-OT game of this year’s Stanley Cup playoffs, the Senators defeated the Penguins, 2-1, on Colin Greening’s goal 7:39 into double-OT. Senators captain Daniel Alfredsson had sent the game to OT by scoring a shorthanded goal with 29 seconds remaining in the 3rd period.

Senators Pull One Out Of The Fire
From Elias: Colin Greening's goal at 7:39 of the second overtime period earned the Senators a 2-1 win in Game 3 of their series against Pittsburgh, after Ottawa had been only 28.6 seconds away from a 1-0 loss when Daniel Alfredsson forced overtime with a shorthanded goal. It was the second time in this year's playoffs that the Senators got a score-tying goal in the final minute of the third period. Cory Conacher scored the last-minute tying goal in Game 4 of Ottawa's first-round series against Montreal, and the Senators won in overtime on a goal by Kyle Turris. Before this year, the Senators had tied a playoff game with a last-minute goal only twice (Daniel Alfredsson in 2001 and Dany Heatley in 2007) and in both instances the late heroics proved futile when Ottawa lost in overtime.

Senators save themselves from the abyss
OTTAWA, Ontario -- For a moment before he headed off the ice, Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Brooks Orpik leaned against the team’s bench and stared up at the Scotiabank Place scoreboard.
