Simon Cho retains attorney

American speedskater Simon Cho has retained an attorney to represent him in a scandal involving embattled coach Jae Su Chun, who is accused of ordering Cho to tamper with a Canadian rival's skate at last year's world speedskating championships.

Attorney John Wunderli says Cho has cooperated and been forthright with an independent law firm's investigation into Chun, also accused by more than a dozen national team members of physical, psychological and verbal abuse.
