Matt White quits over doping ties

MELBOURNE, Australia -- Former cyclist Matt White has quit as director of an Australian pro cycling squad after saying he was involved in doping while riding with Lance Armstrong's U.S. Postal Service team.
White was the team director of Orica-GreenEDGE. He also resigned as Cycling Australia's professional men's road coordinator and team selector.
