Moore leads U.S. past Australia

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Jessica Moore thought she pitched only "OK" on Friday night against Australia in the World Cup of Softball. At least as OK as one can be throwing a one-hit shutout.

The Oregon standout handcuffed the Australians while her teammates produced one big inning offensively, enough to lift the United States to a 4-0 win.
