Luge officials to build 'lasting memorial'

KRASNAYA POLYANA, Russia -- The fourth anniversary of Nodar Kumaritashvili's death was remembered Wednesday with a moment of silence from luge's top officials, along with a pledge to build "a lasting memorial" in his native Georgia.
