Lindsey Vonn leads training session
CORTINA D'AMPEZZO, Italy -- Lindsey Vonn led the opening training session for a World Cup downhill Thursday, showing she's recovered from the stomach illness that slowed her last week.
Meanwhile, American teammate Chelsea Marshall crashed and broke her left shoulder blade. Doctors also were evaluating her injured her right knee, the U.S. Ski Team said.
Vonn clocked 1 minute, 33.42 seconds on the Olympia delle Tofane course, where she has five career victories and 11 podium finishes. ...
