Bradley Wiggins keeps Dauphine lead

LA CLAYETTE, France -- Edvald Boasson Hagen of Norway led a sprint finish to win the third stage of the Criterium du Dauphine race, while Bradley Wiggins of Britain retained the overall lead.

The 25-year-old Sky rider edged Germany's Gerald Ciolek in second place and Borut Biozic of Slovenia in third after the 103-mile trek from Givors to La Clayette.
