Simone Biles out front in all-around

ANTWERP, Belgium -- The United States is still dominating all-around qualifying at the world gymnastics championships, even without its defending champion or Olympic gold medalist.

In the absence of Jordyn Wieber and Gabby Douglas, a couple of 16-year-olds are setting up the U.S. team for a spectacular final weekend at the Antwerp Sports Palace.
