Foster back on Fly Fishing America

The winter darkness has passed and the return of spring also marks the beginning of a whole new season of Fly Fishing America. Chad Foster returns from his one-year hiatus (in which he actually had to work) to renew his travels across this great land in search of the best fly-fishing opportunities that the country has to offer.

Fisherman
Chad Foster is back on Fly Fishing America.
This season Chad travels to the high mountain streams of Colorado and Wyoming and the tail-waters of New Mexico and Montana in search of trout. In Oregon's heartland he discovers a fine year-round small-mouth fishery and catches the biggest Rainbows on the biggest hoppers on the smallest spring-creek imaginable.

For the saltwater fans, Chad heads south to Georgia and Texas in search of Redfish, Mackerel, and a few surprises. He also visits the estuaries and marshes of Maryland's Chesapeake Bay to sample the coastal way of life that hasn't changed for generations (and the Rockfishing isn't bad either). And how could a Fly-Fishing America expedition be complete without a chance at the bane of all fly-casters' existence, the mighty Steelhead.

From the Umpqua to the San Juan, the Frying Pan to the Pere Marquette, Chad Foster has traveled the nation to bring the best fly-fishing locales in America right into your living room. So air out those waders and stretch out those boots. Make sure you have plenty of your lucky flies (but don't skimp on the Woolly Buggers) because Fly Fishing America with Chad Foster returns to your home on Saturday April 1st at 10 a.m. ET.
