BOCA RATON, Fla. — OneFishTwoFish skippered by Captain James Losinger of Boynton Beach, Fla., garnered top honors at the second annual Sailfish Owners' Forum Tournament staged Saturday, April 10.

Losinger, Chris Donlan of Boynton Beach and Robbie Stansifer of Delray Beach, Fla., scored a 41-pound kingfish to take the prize for the tournament's largest fish. Combined with an 11-pound king, the trio also amassed the most number of points to take overall first place and the perpetual tournament flag.

In second, with a 20-pound wahoo and 4.5-pound dolphin was Island Girl, skippered by Chris Palmer of Boynton Beach. Last year's winner Uncle Buck, captain by Boca Raton's Bill Buckley placed third with two kingfish weighing 17 and 12.5 pounds.

Thirty Sailfishforums.com members' boats registered for the event, but the actual fishing field was less because of brisk winds and rough seas that kept some smaller boats from venturing offshore.

The event was staged as a fundraiser to sponsor fishing trips for residents at The Haven, a Boca Raton-based alternative home for boys nine to 17 years old.

The 2010 tournament amassed $2,350 according to Steve Johnson, the event's co-coordinator and forum administrator. To date, forum members have raised more than $5,000 for the charity.
