Allen Iverson's classic press conference Tuesday got us thinking (usually a mistake) about a few things:

(1) The hypocrisy of those members of the "media" -- you know who you are -- who complain that athletes never say anything interesting, then rip the few who do.

(2) How smart and funny Iverson is, in addition to being one of the toughest -- and best -- athletes who ever lived.

(3) How much the world has changed while we were asleep.
