What was umpire Chris Guccione thinking when tried to speed up play by calling out a dawdling Cristian Guzman of Minnesota out on strikes on an obvious ball?

Things happened a little too fast for Cristian Guzman.
A. "Hey, somebody's gotta follow the speed-up rules."

B. "Just following the rules straight from MLB, Chapter 7, Section III, subsection 4 titled 'Screw the Twins.'"

C. "It was a pity call. You were playing the Rangers, after all."

D. "Come on, I've got a tee time in an hour."

E. "That'll teach you to argue a strike call."

F. "I am the king of all baseball, bow before me indentured servants and devoted concubines. Prepare to witness the god of the diamond at work."
