Mike Neff tops Funny Car qualifying
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Defending champion Mike Neff took the Funny Car qualifying lead Friday in the NHRA Gatornationals with a 4.080-second pass at 309.06 mph.
Shawn Langdon led the Top Fuel field, Jason Line topped the Pro Stock competition and two-time defending Gatornationals winner Eddie Krawiec held the Pro Stock Motorcycle lead.
Langdon had a pass of 3.800 at 322.65 mph, three-time Gatornationals champion Line finished in 6.545 at 211.46 mph and Krawiec had a run of 6.824 at 196.93.
