DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- NHRA drag racing legend John Force held court in the media center Friday, shocking some in attendance who weren't accustomed to his usual non-PC ways of saying things.
Here are a few examples:
- "I like women in drag racing. I like women in the media room, especially the pretty ones."
- "My wife [Laurie] owns all four race teams. I'm not leaving her."
- "At my age sex only lasts for four or five seconds, kind of like drag racing."
- "When [daughter Ashley] straps in that seat, she's a tiger, just like the old man, only a whole lot cuter."
