Skydiver lands on pit road at Texas

FORT WORTH, Texas -- Kevin Harvick's No. 29 Chevrolet was dented in the left side door panel Sunday morning when a parachute jumper's trailing weight device hit the car on pit road as the jumper touched down two hours before the Sprint Cup race at Texas Motor Speedway.

Replays showed a sandbag or weighted bag, which trails the parachute jumper and holds the flag in place, slammed into the left side of the car as the skydiver sailed over the hood of the car. The jumper was a member of ...
