2003 recap
The good: Qualified second at Richmond and ninth at Kentucky. Started 14th and came home eighth at Phoenix.

The bad: Missed Nazareth race after crashing in practice and also hit wall at Japan.

What needs to be done: Fisher needs a chance with a first-class operation to see if she's got it after two consecutive lackluster years.

Prediction: IRL's most popular driver still searching for a major sponsor and ride for 2004. At 23, she's regressed from her rookie year and really struggles with setup during race. Fisher has never been with a top-shelf team so, until that happens, the jury is still out. But the clock is ticking.
