Penalties levied by NASCAR for technical violations since Feb. 8:
1. Tony Furr, Hendrick Motorsports, No. 25, $10,000 fine, 4-week
suspension and season probation for height violation; $2,500 for
fuel cell violation.
2. Kevin Cram, Chip Ganassi Racing, No. 01, $10,000 fine, 4-week
suspension and season probation for altered fuel.
3. Gary DeHart, Hendrick Motorsports, No. 5, $5,000 fine and
season probation for roof air deflectors violation; $1,000 fine for
fuel cell violations.
4. Joe Garone, PPI Motorsports, No. 96, $2,500 fine for too thin
control arm.
5. Mike Ford, Evernham Motorsports, No. 9, $2,500 fine for too
thin control arm.
6. Robbie Loomis, Hendrick Motorsports, No. 24, $1,000 fine for
unapproved fuel cell check valve; $250 fine for unapproved air
deflector.
7. Royce McGee, Richard Childress Racing, No. 31, $1,000 fine
for unapproved underpan.
8. Paul Andrews, Dale Earnhardt, Inc., No. 1, $1,000 for fuel
cell check valve violation; $250 fine for oversize fuel cell
container.
9. Chris Carrier, Andy Petree Racing, No. 33, $500 fine for
oversized fuel cell containers (2); $250 for windshield template
violation.
10. Larry Carter, Haas-Carter Motorsports, No. 66, $250 fine for
fuel cell check valve violation; $250 fine for adjustable braces.
11. Stan Hoover, Stan Hoover Racing, No. 80, $500 fine for fuel
cell check valve violation.
