New coaches, new rackets mark the beginning of new hopes for the players

Here's a look at what has changed since the end of the season and the beginning of the Australian Open:

1. The Australian Open courts may play faster than previous years. Players reported quicker conditions than expected during last week's event in Brisbane, where the courts are prepared the same way as at the Australian Open.
