Top prospects moved at deadline
There's no doubt that this was one of the busiest trade deadlines we've seen in the past few years, with two left-handed aces, a two-time home run derby champion and several other quality pieces changing their area codes.
However, we didn't see many prospects involved in deals. Most of the trades involved major leaguers going for major leaguers. Teams apparently were looking more toward reloading than rebuilding.
With that being said, there were a bevy of deals that involved prospects, and a few of them saw their stature improve as a keeper in a dynasty league. Here are a few of the more intriguing players you should be looking at for 2015 and beyond who were moved on Thursday, including scouting notes from a National League executive.
