Philly trainer Rob Murray Sr. dies

Rob Murray Sr., a fixture on the Philadelphia boxing scene for decades as a trainer, manager and promoter, died Sunday after a battle with cancer. He was 67.

Murray, who served as a mentor for many young boxers, helping get youngsters off the streets and into the gym, managed several fighters over the years, most recently heavyweight contender Eddie Chambers.
