Breeders' Cup drug samples clear

All samples collected from horses that ran in the Breeders' Cup World Championships Nov. 2-3 at Santa Anita Park have been cleared by the Kenneth L. Maddy Equine Analytical Chemistry Laboratory at UC Davis, the California Horse Racing Board said Nov. 6.

The samples were couriered to UC Davis Nov. 4, allowing testing to begin within 24 hours of the final Breeders' Cup race, the Breeders' Cup Classic.
