Shane Sutton hurt in accident

MANCHESTER, England -- British Cycling says coach Shane Sutton has been hospitalized with a head injury after being involved in a road cycling accident in Manchester.

The organization says doctors discovered Sutton had "suffered bruising and bleeding on the brain," adding that he "is set to undergo more tests and is likely to stay in hospital for the next few days."
