Skier Bode Miller's horse wins at Hollywood Park

INGLEWOOD, Calif. -- Carving beat Fury Kapcori by a half-length to win the $100,000 Real Quiet Stakes for Olympic skier Bode Miller at Betfair Hollywood Park on Saturday.

Ridden by Martin Garcia, Carving ran 1 1/16 miles on Cushion Track in 1:46.04 and paid $4.20, $3 and $2.40 as the 11-10 favorite. Miller co-owns the 2-year-old colt with Jill Baffert, the wife of Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert.

"So psyched on that huge win!" Miller tweeted.
