2013 Position Preview: Second base

Last season, 67 players finished with a value of 7.00 or higher on the ESPN Player Rater. Of that group, only two were second basemen: Robinson Cano (9.96, ranked 17th overall) and Aaron Hill (9.16, 21st). Simply put, when it comes to the categories that count the most in determining fantasy baseball success, this position is severely lacking.
