In the Crease: One-category stars

During the course of a fantasy hockey season, it's easy to lag behind in a category or two. This can be the result of an intentional drafting strategy (sometimes we forget to acquire ourselves a ruffian to boost the PIM totals); other times, the players we imagined would help out with plus/minus are struggling on the defensive end, thereby submarining that category instead.
