Horse racing takes over Saratoga

People from all over will converge on upstate NY with racing as the focus

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- A sense of anticipation begins a percolation at this point of the summer in Saratoga Springs. Soon, it will be at the boil. Horses have been in residence at the nation's oldest sporting venue since mid-April, when the Oklahoma training track was opened and the buzz was turned up with the arrival of vans full of 2-year-olds.
