Bayern's president blasts Sepp Blatter
FRANKFURT, Germany -- Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness says FIFA president Sepp Blatter should be removed from office if he is unable to show how he intends to resolve the problem of corruption during the next year.
Hoeness tells the Sueddeutsche newspaper in an interview that "every week something new comes," and Blatter should not remain in his post until the end of his fourth term as president in May 2015.
Hoeness says Blatter should "clearly state how he intends to dry out this swamp," and if he fails, "there must be a possibility to remove him."
