ESPN.com's Dan Rafael has a Hall of Fame vote and he looked into the future, picking his locks to make the Hall of Fame in the coming years. He included the usual suspects: Oscar De La Hoya, Julio Cesar Chavez, Larry Holmes, Evander Holyfield, etc. He also put together a list of boxers who he thinks are on the bubble. He explains what he would like to see from each of these boxers before they are put into the "lock" category.
