The fan voting for the All-Star Game always produces a few players who don't deserve to start, or even make the team at all.

ESPN.com baseball writer Phil Rogers decided to get a jump on the process, one month before the game is played, and pick his All-Star starters. While a couple positions are easy to pick, most are extremely difficult to determine who is most deserving.
