Every great driver wants to win, but when you're talking about the entire history of NASCAR, finishing second isn't such a bad thing. Bill France, Bill France Jr., Dale Earnhardt, Richard Petty and Junior Johnson made for a star-studded inaugural class for the NASCAR Hall of Fame a year ago, but there are plenty of legends left fighting for spots in the second class of inductees.
