Posey is in his first season with Miami and has quickly established himself as a key role player for the Heat. While Shaquille O'Neal and Dwyane Wade garner much of the attention, Posey has quietly posted a 7.7 scoring average to go with 4.6 rebounds per game. He's shooting 45.6 percent on 3-pointers, all in just over 31 minutes per game. Posey is a big part of Miami's run atop the Eastern Conference's Southeast Division.
