Sabol is the host of two specials on Satuday, Feb. 4 that are part of ESPN's Super Bowl at XL series: Hidden Images of the Super Bowl (5:30 p.m. ET) and Sounds of the Super Bowl (8:30 p.m. ET). He was also a member of an exclusive 11-person panel that determined ESPN Ultimate Super Bowl 40-Man Roster.
NFL Films has changed the way football is viewed, thanks to the love that Sabol and his father, Ed, have for the sport. NFL Films essentially got its start when Ed won the bid to film the 1962 NFL Championship Game. Ever since, NFL Films has given football fans a theater, complete with meaningful musical accompaniment, to view their favorite sport.
