Welcome to The Show! As a continued part of Boxing Week here in The Show, we try to bring you as inside the boxing ring as we can. We hope not to dissapoint as we get closer to the "Showdown" - "Ferocious" Fernando Vargas vs. "Sugar" Shane Mosley fight on Saturday, Feb. 25. On Thursday, Feb. 23, we'll have one of the promotors of the fight Oscar De La Hoya on to chat.

De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions, in tandem with Main Events, are promoting the fight. Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas will host the Vargas-Mosley fight, which will be live on HBO PPV starting at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. De La Hoya has an interesting perspective in the Vargas-Mosley match, as he fought "Sugar" twice and "Ferocious" once.

Mosley enters the ring with a 41-4 record, while Vargas enters at 27-2. The undercard features a WBO Bantamweight championship fight and a heavyweight bout. Calvin Brock faces Zuri Lawrence in the first match, a 10-round heavyweight fight. Then Jhonny Gonzalez faces Mark "Too Sharp" Johnson in a 12-round WBO Bantamweight title fight.
