The 2006 Central Division Champion Colorado Crush open defense of their 2005 AFL Championship at home against the Chicago Rush on Sunday, May 28th at 3:30 p.m. ET. For the second consecutive year, Colorado is the top seed in the American Conference. Chicago is the fifth seed and advanced into the Divisional Round last weekend with a 55-47 victory over the fourth seed Nashville Kats. The Crush earned a bye in the Wild Card round by virtue of winning the Central Division.
An eight-year AFL veteran, Harrell was named Offensive Player of the Year in 2005. He holds all Crush franchise single-game, season and career marks for scoring and receiving and has caught a touchdown pass in an AFL record 65 straight regular season games. He also shattered the single-season scoring mark this year with 61 total touchdowns. The previous record was 51.
