That's why the sooner you get it in, the better. Even the night before, you can hop online and see who's on the guest list. That's your best bet.

who to persue a case after is decided by evidence. from what I understand, they don't have much evidence against palmeiro. they do, however, have a ton againt barry. i'm sure they'd love to go after both, but if there is not enough evidence, the case is simply not economically viable to try. with all due respect, the thought that they are pursuing bonds due to his skin color is very very speculative at best, especially when dealwith so many other factors that point to his case being the best one to try.
