The MLS will hold the expansion draft Friday, Nov. 17 at 1 p.m. ET. Toronto begins play for the 2007 season. All rosters are frozen Monday and all teams must submit their protected rosters by Tuesday. Player movement resumes at the conclusion of the expansion draft.
