Horton, who watches film all week on the two teams, produces scouting notes for Mike Tirico and the rest of the MNF gang as well as the Monday Night Countdown team. He spent 10 years in the NFL as a scout with Tampa Bay and Cleveland and another 10 years at the college coaching level with Arizona State and the University of Illinois.
