Welcome to The Show! On Tuesday, one of the hottest basketball players in the world right now will stop by to chat when Washington Wizards' Gilbert Arenas stops by SportsNation. On Monday, Arenas earned his third NBA player of the week award of the season.

Through Monday night's games, Arenas's Wizards, at 19-14, sat one game out of first in the Eastern Conference's Southeast Division. Washington's record is good for fifth in the Eastern Conference.

Arenas is Washington's unquestioned leader, as he sits in second place in the league in scoring at 30.5 points per game. He also leads the Wizards in assists (6.4 apg) and steals (2.03 spg). He has led the team in scoring 24 times this year.

Arenas made big headlines in late December when he recorded a 60-point game and a 54-point game in the span of five days and four games. He also is writing a blog for NBA.com this season.
