Chat with Seahawks' RB Shaun Alexander

Welcome to The Show! On Tuesday, we'll have a special guest in to chat when Seattle Seahawks running back Shaun Alexander stops by.

Alexander just finished his seventh season in the NFL, all of which he has spent with the Seattle Seahawks. Despite missing six games due to injury, Alexander still rushed for 896 yards and seven touchdowns as he helped the Seahawks to their third straight NFC West divisional title. Last season, Alexander scored a then-record 27 rushing touchdowns.

This week, Alexander and his foundation, The Shaun Alexander Foundation, is teaming up with Sprint and America's Foundation for Chess to co-produce the "Sprint Chess Challenge."

In four cities throughtout the country this week - Seattle, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Tampa Bay - an NFL running back - Alexander (Seattle), Warrick Dunn (Atlanta), Brian Westbrook (Philadelphia) and Cadillac Williams (Tampa Bay) - will also help out with the Challenge.

The Sprint Chess Challenge is a chess tournament for second and third graders where the winner receives an all-expenses paid trip for two from each of the four participating cities to the 2007 Pro Bowl in Honolulu, Hawaii. A total of 14 states, 100 schools, 500 classrooms and 13,500 participants will take part in the tournament.

Seattle and Alexander will hold its tournament Thursday at the Concord Elementary School in Seattle. But first, he's stopping by here to chat, so join him at 5:30 p.m. ET on Tuesday!
