The Badgers should be ranked #1. They have most wins and the fewest losses. Plus they are 3-1 against ranked teams (with the 3 teams they beat still in the top 15).One of the wins over OSU.OSU is 1-3 (only win is against Tennessee who is no longer ranked). And even if UNC wins tonight, no four loss team should be ranked #1 over UW, OSU, Florida or even UCLA.
