Cosider the WHIP cracked. Great question... and the answer is no... I would not. Neither guy is healthy but Burnett will be more effective than hughes when he DOES pitch. I say AJ makes 8 more starts this season, hughes makes 12 or so... and Hughes is a rookie and will be inconsistent. But news on AJ is not good.
