Chat with ''The Bronx is Burning'' author

Welcome to The Show! On Tuesday, author Jonathan Mahler will stop by to chat about his role in the ESPN miniseries "The Bronx is Burning."

The eight-part series airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET and is based on Mahler's book by the same name. It chronicles the tumultuous Yankees season of 1977. The story is of the Yankees attempt to win their first title in 15 years. The baseball season is set against an even more unsettled New York City. The "Son of Sam" killer inserted fear into the city, while New York was hit with lawlessness due to an extended blackout in the city.

Mahler will also be making an appearance in New York City for the charitable organization Behind the Book, a grassroots literacy nonprofit working with low-income students in New York City public schools. Its mission is to excite children and young adults about reading. Mahler will be discussing ''The Bronx is Burning'' at KGB Bar on Thursday, July 26 from 7-9 p.m. ET.

Send in your questions for Jonathan now and check back to chat with him Tuesday at noon ET!
