Here's a question that mentions Drew Bennett, just to annoy Jason in Atlanta: I don't understand how so many people can have such a high opinion of Vince Young and such a low opinion of Jon Kitna, fantasy-wise. Kitna threw for over 2000 more yards and 9 more TD's last year. They both threw one more INT than TD last year. And Kitna gained uber-WR-prospect Calvin Johnson while Young lost the Titan's top WR Drew Bennett, their top RB Travis Henry, and others. Please explain why Kitna should (or should not) be drafted way ahead of Young in fantasy drafts. Domo Arigato, Talented Mr. Roto-boto!

Yes, I do: Start writing for a website - preferably the bigger the better but one where you can get a decent amout of stuff on. Find one you like. Offer to write for free. You just want exposure and clips at this point. Be original. Don't copy other people's style or information. Bring your own personality to it, don;'t be afraid to go out on alimb. Nothing more boring that just down the middle stats and numbers to me. It's also hard to break through - there's lot of guys who do that, but they're alreayd there. if you're going to get noticed it's going to have to be with your own style. Write people in the industry you admire and ask for advice. Check out FSWA.org. They help aspiring writers. In addition to all the TMR guys coming to ESPN, I've given the start to two guys at yahoo, one at AOL, one at MLB.com and one at NBA.com - all now have full time jobs writing or working in fantasy....

The job has nothing to do with how many league you win. It's being able to analyze and express those thoughts clearly and in an entertaining way across many platforms - online, video, radio, etc.... Knowing what you are doing is very important - everyone who works here has played and done well fo ryears - but the gig isn't winning leagues
