Altidore joins Mexican national team player Guillermo Ochoa and Brazilian player Ronaldinho as the cover athletes for EA Sports latest edition of its soccer game franchise - FIFA 08. Altidore is the fifth teenager to appear on the cover of an ES Sports game, joining Freddy Adu, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony and Wayne Rooney as other teenage cover athletes.
FIFA 08 comes out in North America October. For more screenshots from the game, check out EA's game info site.
Altidore is a rising star both in the MLS and the on international scene. So far this season he has scored three goals for the Red Bulls and tallied four assists. Earlier this summer Altidore excelled at the U-20 World Cup in Canada, scoring four times, including a brace in the U.S. national team's 2-1 victory over Brazil.
